If you do not agree with these terms, you must cease use of the service immediately. Use of this parking solution constitutes a binding legal agreement between the user and Optiparked.

2. Description of Service

The platform provides a mobile-optimized interface for identifying available parking zones and registering parking duration with local authorities or private owners. While our service strives for real-time accuracy, parking availability is subject to physical changes and local traffic conditions. We provide a bridge between drivers and urban infrastructure to optimize city transit.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must ensure that the vehicle details provided during the recording session are accurate.
• Users are responsible for observing all physical signage and local parking regulations at the specific location.
• The platform does not exempt users from complying with emergency parking suspensions or temporary city orders.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their mobile devices when accessing the interface.

4. Registration & Transactions

When you record a session through this parking solution, you authorize us to transmit your vehicle identification and session metadata to the relevant enforcement agencies. All transactions initiated through the glassmorphism interface are final once confirmed. Optiparked facilitates the verification of these sessions to reduce administrative friction.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optiparked shall not be held liable for any fines, penalties, or damages resulting from the use of the platform, including but not limited to network outages, location deviations, or external structural changes to parking zones. The service is provided "as is" to enhance navigation but should not replace driver judgment.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, industrial grid layout, and proprietary algorithms used within the platform are the exclusive property of Optiparked. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering of the high-contrast interface is strictly prohibited.
